Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Notification for all Candidates seeking Admission into PGDM program at INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT PGDM for the academic year 2022-23.

Please read each point very carefully in order to avoid any error of omission on your part.

INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT PGDM offers AICTE approved PGDM course with sanctioned intake of 180.

Candidates Merit List is displayed as per their absolute score secured by them out of 300 in IIMP-AP 2022 process.

Schedule for Display of Merit List

• First merit list (along with waiting list) on 27th June 2022
• Second Merit List on 3^rd July 2022
• Notification for vacant seat process on 10^th July 2022

All candidates short listed in 2nd Merit List and willing to take admission to INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT PGDM, must contact the institute on or before 05:00 PM, 10th July 2022 and confirm their admissions.

Candidate needs to pay program fees for confirmation of admission through online payment link, which will be communicated to students on their Email ID and also through SMS on their registered mobile number.

They must pay first instalment of fees, of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) through online ERP link forwarded to them.

Third and final merit list may be displayed depending on vacant seats available after the cut-off date of admission against 2nd merit list.  After the cutoff date for admission against second merit list, balance vacant seats if any will be filled through vacant seat process.

Candidates from 1^st merit and 2^nd merit list who could not confirm admission within the stipulated cut off dates, can apply to the institute for admission against any probable vacant seats after 10th July 2022.

 Refunds against cancellation: Refund against cancellation of admission shall be processed as per AICTE guidelines

Documents needed at the time of confirmation of admission are:

1. 10th standard mark sheet (Self Attested copy)
2. 12th standard mark sheet (Self Attested copy)
3. Graduation mark sheet (Self Attested copy). For students whose final year mark sheet is awaited, they need to get a bonafide certificate from their college.
4. Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate ( Self Attested copy)
5. I-Card size recent color photographs (4 Nos.)
6. Original as well photocopy of valid score card of entrance exam (CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT/MH-CET) as mentioned by candidate at the time of IIMP-AP registration.
7. Reserved Category candidates who appeared for IIMP-AP 2022 and are willing to take admission must note that at the time of confirming the seat, they must possess and submit up to date valid Caste Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (as applicable) for the year 2022-23.
8. Vaccination certificate (for 2 doses) and a general fitness Certificate from a registered health practitioner at the time of reporting to institute.
9. Since INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT PGDM students will be taken for a structured overseas visit during their course, candidates are advised to apply for their passports immediately. No leave will be granted for this purpose once academic session commences.
